Our factory covers an area of 3,000 square meters and adopts scientific and functional zoning, including professional mold design and R&D workshops, programming and technical debugging areas, precision mold processing workshops, plastic injection molding production lines, finished product inspection and storage areas, and independent office reception zones. We have built a complete closed-loop production system covering design, programming, manufacturing, processing, quality inspection, and shipment. This effectively optimizes production procedures, eliminates operational interference, and greatly improves overall production efficiency and product stability.

Specifications & Precision Standards
We have clear and professional mold undertaking specifications and strict precision control standards. Our factory undertakes mold production with a maximum load-bearing weight of 16 tons per single set. The acceptable processing specification range is within 2 meters by 1.3 meters. In terms of precision control, we strictly maintain mold tolerance within 0.05mm, achieving high-precision molding, smooth product surfaces, and stable structural consistency. All molds undergo multiple precision inspections and trial molding tests before delivery to ensure stable performance, long service life, and low failure rate in mass production.
